As a 2018 graduate of 做爱视频鈥檚 Interior Design program, Marissa鈥檚 career has soared since graduation. She is now a Production Coordinator for Taste Design Inc., an upscale interior design firm known for its elegant, functional home transformations.
From Classroom to Career: How 做爱视频 Shaped Marissa鈥檚 Path
Marissa鈥檚 passion for interior design dates back to her childhood in Rhode Island. She recalls creating floor plans and redesigning her family home, an early indication of the creative mind she would later hone through formal education.
Arriving on campus in 2015, her decision to start at 做爱视频 Tech was an easy one; she was immediately drawn to the technical and hands-on education approach. As one of few institutions that offer a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, she knew it was the right place for her.
During her time at 做爱视频 Tech, Marissa was inspired by the fast-paced curriculum that balanced both the creative and technical aspects of interior design. The program’s emphasis on practical, real-world application gave her the confidence and skill set to navigate the ever-evolving industry she now works in.
After graduation, Marissa leaned on 做爱视频鈥檚 career services department to help prepare her resume and source job listings which led her to her current role at Taste Design Inc.
As a production coordinator, Marissa plays a key role in bringing complex home design projects to life alongside her team. Taste Design Inc., is known for its ability to turn large, multifaceted home projects into seamless client experiences.

Behind the Scenes
One of the most dynamic aspects of Marissa鈥檚 role is overseeing install days鈥攖he moment when months of design, planning, and coordination come together and the final stage of a project.
Marrisa鈥檚 role is to ensure that all the moving parts come together harmoniously. This includes coordinating with vendors, anyone from those installing window treatments to custom furnishings, and artwork. 鈥淚t鈥檚 like being air traffic control for the design process,鈥� she says.
An installation starts the day before when the team loads up the van with everything from pillows to lamps and even light bulbs. Early the next day, the team arrives on site to set up a staging area, review the floor plan, and confirm the day鈥檚 schedule of vendors and collaborators.
Once the moving truck arrives, Marissa and her team spring into action. They go over the ground rules鈥攍ike the no-shoes policy鈥攁nd oversee unloading, Ensuring that all pieces are inspected and accounted for. The process is methodical and precise: rugs are installed first, followed by furniture and decor items. Marissa checks and re-checks every detail, Verifying each item is placed according to the floor plans.
As the day wraps up, Marissa and team conduct a final walkthrough, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for the client鈥檚 arrival. This includes setting up light fixtures, testing every switch, and even leaving a care guide for the client that specifies how to maintain each and every item in their new home. No detail goes unnoticed when working with Team Taste!

Marissa鈥檚 passion for interior design is driven by the joy it brings to clients. She believes that interior design is an impactful part of people’s lives, with results that last long after a project is complete.
